We have provided all wood components of a bar at various times. We have sold wood to interior designers as well as homeowners. Many times, our customers come in with one idea, see our selection, and alter their design to a new idea. Like fireplace mantels, bars can be unique to an individual. Our job is to show you our selection, educate our customers on various options, and be a resource to answer questions.
Our wood slabs have a variety of uses, from simple tops, to benches and shelves, as well as statement pieces in a house or business (for example, the top of a bathroom sink in a wood cabin). The slabs can be used individually, or joined to make wider widths. Most of our slabs are cut to 2-1/2" to 3" thick and typically come as wide as 22". Sometimes we do have some wider samples, but if your project is for wider than 22", you will probably need to join two pieces. My wife and I have even used slabs for our countertops in the kitchen!
